Refund policy

NOTE:OUR POLICY LASTS ONLY 14 DAYS ONLY FOR EXCHANGE. WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES AFTER 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY. CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT VALID FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE.

RETURNS / EXCHANGE

1. What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect items. Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued as store credit or to the original method of payment, after inspection. Refunds, once approved, are processed within 5–7 working days and will reflect in the customer’s bank or payment account depending on the payment method used. *Note: Sale items and accessories are not eligible for return or refund.*


2. Can I exchange my product for another size?

An exchange is eligible when it is size-related and want to exchange for a different size. To start an exchange, you can contact us at shopbyurmish@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Please note the courier charges will be borne by the customer (an exception might be applied in certain cases). The product for exchange must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original packaging and labels intact, send to us within a week of receiving the order.

3. What if I received damaged product?

We hold a strong quality-check before shipping our orders, however in the case of any damaged items, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. What if I receive an incorrect order?

If you’ve received an order different from the one you placed, please email us at shopbyurmish@gmail.com, and we’ll sort it out for you.

5. What are exceptions / non-returnable items?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or accessoriesor gift cards or if the order has been customised for you.

6. Do you allow cancellations after the order is placed?

Cancellation requests will be considered only when the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order and production of the outfit has not started already.
