NOTE:OUR POLICY LASTS ONLY 14 DAYS ONLY FOR EXCHANGE. WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES AFTER 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY. CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT VALID FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE.

SHIPPING

1. Are there any shipping fees?

We offer free shipping across India. 

2. Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide. For any queries please write to us at shopbyurmish@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to assist you the best we can! 

3. How long will it take for my domestic order to arrive?

We aim to deliver your order within 7-10 days from the date of placing it. However, delivery times may vary based on your location and order size.

4. How long will it take for my international order to arrive?

We aim to deliver your order within 10-20 days from the date of placing it. However, delivery times may vary based on your location and order size.

5. Why does delivery take some time?

At Ur•Mish, we believe in sustainable practices and taking responsibility for our impact on the environment. That's why we’ve decided to produce all of our products on a made-to-order basis rather than keeping excess stock. However, if you have a special request for expedited delivery, please write to us at shopbyurmish@gmail.com, and we’ll try our best to accommodate your request.

6. How can I track my shipment?

You will receive an email and SMS with the tracking details for your order as soon as it’s confirmed.
Our courier partner will notify you if you’re unavailable to receive your order. They will also make an additional attempt to deliver your order, after which your package will be returned to our fulfilment center . Please email us at shopbyurmish@gmail.com if you miss receiving your delivery, and we’ll be happy to help!


RETURNS / EXCHANGE

1. Can I return my order?

We’re confident you’ll love the Ur•Mish product we’ve created for you. At this time, we do not allow returns. However, if you’ve ordered the wrong size, we’ll be happy to exchange the product for you.

2. Can I exchange my product for another size?

An exchange is eligible when it is size-related and want to exchange for a different size. To start an exchange, you can contact us at shopbyurmish@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Please note the courier charges will be borne by the customer (an exception might be applied in certain cases). The product for exchange must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original packaging and labels intact, send to us within a week of receiving the order.

3. What if I received damaged product?

We hold a strong quality-check before shipping our orders, however in the case of any damaged items, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. What if I receive an incorrect order?

If you’ve received an order different from the one you placed, please email us at shopbyurmish@gmail.com, and we’ll sort it out for you.

5. What are exceptions / non-returnable items?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or accessories or gift cards or if the order has been customised for you.

6. Do you allow cancellations after the order is placed?

Cancellation requests will be considered only when the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order and production of the outfit has not started already.

1. Can I get something custom-made?

At Ur•Mish, we believe that everyone deserves to wear clothes that make them feel confident and unique. That’s why we offer design and size customization options for our customers.

We would be more than happy to work with you to create pieces that you will cherish and enjoy for years to come.

2. Where are your garments manufactured?

All our garments are proudly manufactured in India.
